Terms of Service

Welcome to TextBehind (“the Service”), operated as an independent software product. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

TextBehind lets you add a “text behind subject” effect to short videos. All video processing happens locally in your web browser; we do not upload, store, or transmit your video files.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you process. Do not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or content depicting people without the rights or consent to do so.

3. Plans & billing

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Taxes (including GST in India) are applied where required. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Razorpay, Stripe); we do not store your card details.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the videos you create. The TextBehind name, software, and design are owned by us.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Segmentation quality depends on your footage and device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
