Privacy Policy

We built TextBehind to be private by design. This policy explains what we do and don’t collect, in line with India’s DPDP Act and the GDPR.

Your videos never leave your device

All segmentation, compositing, and MP4 encoding happen inside your browser. We never upload, see, or store your source footage or exported videos.

What we do collect

Privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, anonymous events such as “export started”) with no cross-site tracking and no personal profiles. If you buy a plan, our payment processor (Razorpay/Stripe) handles your billing details under their own policies; we receive only the information needed to grant access and issue an invoice.

Local storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your export count and plan status. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of any account data we hold by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. Because we don’t store your videos, there is nothing of that kind to delete.

We’ll post any updates here with a new “last updated” date.
