Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Creator Pro subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you’re not happy with Creator Pro, email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.comwithin 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewal payments after the first period are non-refundable but you can cancel to prevent the next charge.

One-time purchases

The Creator Template Pack is a one-time digital purchase. Because access is immediate, it is non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
